Highpoint Health Behavioral Health Services provides professional and compassionate care to individuals suffering from one or more of the following:
- Addiction/substance abuse
- Anger or aggressiveness
- Coping with loss
- Chronic pain
- Insomnia/sleep problems
- Stress, trauma, and other issues
At Highpoint Health Behavioral Health Services we take a holistic approach to your treatment. Our goal is to partner with you to make your health and well-being our top priority. Our staff will work closely with you to ensure that you receive the individualized treatment that fits your needs.
As part of our program, you will:
- Work with staff to complete an assessment and develop treatment plans
- Set objectives and goals
- Attend individual counseling
- Attend specialty groups based on your specific needs
- Participate in family counseling as needed
Highpoint Health Behavioral Health Services works with you and/or your healthcare professional to provide evidence-based practices such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, stress reduction and relapse prevention based on each individual's specific needs.
We utilize the latest in evidence-based programming to treat our patients. Mindfulness-Based therapies and relapse prevention have been proven to:
- Lower symptoms of depression
- Reduce anxiety
- Increase desirable behaviors
- Lower stress
- Improve self-esteem

The mission of Highpoint Health Behavioral Health Services is to provide quality comprehensive treatment services to clients suffering from addiction/mental health issues in an outpatient setting with competence and compassion.
Our vision is to bring the best in Mindfulness-Based behavioral health services to those with addiction and/or mental illness so they can live with dignity and respect as valued members of their families and communities.
You do not need a referral from your healthcare provider to obtain behavioral health care; however, you may be required to obtain a referral from your healthcare provider for some services so your insurance will pay.
Referrals for Highpoint Health Behavioral Health Services can be made by anyone, including a patient’s physician, family member or other healthcare professional.

8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Some counseling and support groups will take place outside of regular office hours.
