Flowers Brighten Lives of Highpoint Health Hospice Patients

Each month, McCabe’s Greenhouse & Floral in Lawrenceburg donates flowers for the patients of Highpoint Health Hospice.  Beth Legge (lower left), one of the owners of McCabe’s, and Toni Bamonte (lower right), McCabe’s Floral Designer, have been working with Rev. Patti Warning (second from left), Highpoint Health Hospice Bereavement Coordinator, to provide seasonal flowers for Hospice patients.  Also assisting with the flower deliveries are Hospice Volunteers Lauren Williams of Rising Sun (upper left), William Neubert of Vevay (upper right) and Judy Blankemeyer of Lawrenceburg (third from lower left).  Flowers selected for November were carnations and roses.  “When I initially called Ms. Legge in August to ask about the flowers, she was very open to the idea,” Rev. Warning said.  “McCabe’s has really blessed our patients and families with beautiful blooms each month.”
