As our services grow, our community reach expands along with it, allowing us to bring extraordinary healthcare to Southeastern Indiana as well as the surrounding communities in Northern Kentucky and Southwestern Ohio. Along with providing free and reduced cost health screenings, we offer a variety of health and wellness classes that help promote a healthy lifestyle and support groups that offer guidance during times of need.

We continuously reach out to our community to build new and stronger relationships by listening to your needs and providing you with the best possible healthcare in the area.
