Charitable Development Coordinator
Full-Time, 80 hrs. per 2 week pay period
Days/Evenings, flexible hours depending on fundraising events.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience preferred. Experience in a healthcare environment preferred. Experience in nonprofit fundraising, sales or marketing highly required. Minimum of seven (7) years administrative support experience is required. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong customer service abilities that demonstrate inclusive language and perspective, professionalism, and strong attention to detail are necessary to be successful in this position. Proven research and demonstrated project management skills required. The chosen candidate will need to be flexible to quickly-changing tasks and adaptable to circumstances. Working some nights and weekends, when needed, will be required in this position.
Supports and assists the Dearborn County Hospital Foundation and Director of Charitable Development and Fundraising in all activities. Maintains responsibility for management of administrative functions for the Office of Charitable Development and Fundraising; maintains responsibility for management pf Donation Process and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software; supervises and develops the Ambassador program; collaborates with Director in Fund Development, Donor Development and Solicitation; oversees project management and coordination of charitable events in collaboration with the Director.
